Each session is tailored to your needs that day. 

A session may include any or all of the following with your prior approval: 

Swedish, deep pressure, cupping, gua sha, stretching, and topicals. 

I no longer provide aromatherapy and use unscented laundry soaps. I encourage clients to avoid perfumes and scented lotions before sessions when possible in case other clients have sensitivities to scent.
